Every order is packed and shipped by a small team from Los Angeles, California.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing before shipment. During launches, restocks, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier delays.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Chaos Angel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the package.
